FREE 6-HOUR LIVE AUADHD MASTERCLASS FOR THERAPISTS
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD, 2026 @ 10:00 AM TO 5:30 PM ET
Free 6-Hour Masterclass With Lynne Kenney, PsyD, Pediatric Psychologist. 6 CEs & Full Recording Available For Purchase After Free Registration
In this 6-hour live masterclass, Dr. Kenney will introduce her developmental pillars framework, a practical approach for identifying and strengthening sensorimotor, language, cognitive, and social-relational skills in children presenting with ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, dysgraphia, and developmental coordination difficulties — so you leave with a clear, repeatable system you can apply immediately with the children you serve.

When Youth Therapy Gets Stuck: Trauma, Anxiety, and Emotional Dysregulation in Children
What You Will Learn Inside The Children's ADHD & Autism Masterclass
Children's ADHD & Autism: Recognizing The Overlapping Profile & Sequencing Evidence-Based Care
Somatic Interventions Clinical Summit: Body-Based Healing for Trauma Clients When Talk Therapy Has Failed
MODULE 1
How autistic & ADHD traits co-occur & interact in the same child, & why the two were assessed in isolation for years.
MODULE 2
How subcortical & cerebellar mechanisms connect autism, ADHD, developmental coordination disorder, anxiety & dyslexia.
MODULE 3
How to order biological & sensorimotor evaluation ahead of behavioral intervention on every overlapping profile.
MODULE 4
How demand-driven refusal presents differently, & which responsive strategies belong in the next session.
MODULE 5
How declarative phrasing supports processing & builds connection when a direct demand escalates the moment.
MODULE 6
How to evaluate biomedical, sensorimotor, cognitive & emerging modalities, & when a medical workup belongs with another discipline.

Lynne Kenney did not arrive at the overlapping profile from a research distance. She is a pediatric psychologist on the Language & Cognition team at the Wellington-Alexander Center for the Treatment of Dyslexia, in the room with the children whose executive function, coordination & self-regulation presentations do not resolve into one diagnosis. Her advanced fellowship training in developmental pediatric psychology came through Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School & Harbor-UCLA/UCLA Medical School.
What she brings to the September 3rd Masterclass is the clinical translation of that work. She developed CogniMoves, a cognitive-motor program built with Benjamin S. Bunney, MD, former Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University, which is the same sensorimotor thinking that drives the sequencing model in this training. Her approach to AuADHD is not a summary of the literature. It is the assessment order that decides what gets evaluated first, how demand-driven refusal is read, & which declarative language move belongs in the next session.

You sequence biological & sensorimotor evaluation before intervention
You separate demand avoidance from opposition inside one session
You read the AuADHD profile as one picture, not three diagnoses
You know which discipline to refer to, when & in what order
The sensorimotor evaluation stays undone & the behavior plan misses
Demand-driven refusal keeps getting read as oppositional behavior
The co-occurring profile stays split across three contradictory reports
You know the child needs a referral but not which one first

The co-occurrence is the starting point, not the content. This Masterclass teaches the evaluation sequence: what you assess first, why biological & sensorimotor findings come before behavioral intervention, & what changes in the formulation when they do.
You hold the child before the referral lands & you hold the family after the report comes back. This Masterclass gives you the recognition & treatment planning work that sits inside your scope during both.
No. The sequencing framework changes the order you gather information in, not the modality you practice. It sits ahead of your intervention rather than replacing it.
No. The focus is the overlapping profile underneath the labels, so it applies whether the chart says autism, ADHD, both or neither yet.
Lynne Kenney, PsyD teaches the assessment sequence, the demand avoidance distinction & the declarative language moves designed to apply in your next session, not stored for later.
6 CEs total from the Children's ADHD & Autism Masterclass: Recognizing The Overlapping Profile & Sequencing Evidence-Based Care with Lynne Kenney, PsyD. Available for purchase after you register.

Scope and Limitations Disclosure:
This training provides licensed mental health professionals with a clinical framework for recognizing the co-occurrence of autism & ADHD in children & adolescents, the shared subcortical & cerebellar mechanisms linking autism, ADHD, developmental coordination disorder, anxiety & dyslexia, an evidence-based diagnostic process that sequences biological & sensorimotor evaluation ahead of behavioral intervention, the distinction between demand-driven refusal & oppositional behavior, & the use of declarative language to lower demand & support processing. Content covering biological contributors to autism, including nutritional, metabolic, mitochondrial & gastrointestinal factors, is presented for referral literacy only & does not qualify participants to assess or address these factors outside their scope of practice. This training does not offer certification, is not a diagnostic service & is not a substitute for clinical supervision or formal training. Participants are encouraged to apply content within their individual scope of practice & in accordance with applicable professional & ethical guidelines.
Commercial Support Disclosure
Lynne Kenney, PsyD is an independent clinician & continuing education presenter whose work centers executive function, cognition & self-regulation in children. This Masterclass does not require participants to purchase any additional products, books, or materials to complete the training.
