Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through eCare Behavioral Health Institute, including CE Upgrades for masterclasses, and purchases for certification programs, bundles, and recorded webinars. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
General Policy
Due to the digital nature of our educational content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below. Refund eligibility varies by product type.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and must include the purchaser’s name, email address, and order details.
CE Upgrade Purchases for Masterclasses
CE Upgrades for Masterclasses may be offered as live or recorded educational experiences.
CE Upgrades for Live Masterclasses:
• Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled live event.
• No refunds will be issued for missed live events, since the recorded version is included with the ability to earn home-study CE credits
• However, if you are not satisfied with the training content, we are happy to transfer course credits to other courses (of your choice) up to equal CE value
Recorded CE Bump Masterclasses:
• Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided that no CE certificate has been generated or downloaded.
• If a refund is not eligible, course credits may be transferred to another eligible course of equal CE value at our discretion.
Certification Programs
Certification programs include structured curriculum, CE credits, downloadable materials, and/or assessments.
You may take the first 7 days from the date of purchase to review the certification curriculum, materials, and program details. If you determine that the certification is not the right fit, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within the 7-day period.
Eligibility Requirements:
• The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase
• No certificate of completion may have been issued
• Refund requests must be submitted via email (refunds are not processed via SMS)
• Once the 7-day review period has passed, all certification purchases become non-refundable.
Bundles
Bundles consist of multiple courses and/or educational products offered at a discounted price.
• Refunds for bundles are available within 14 days of purchase only if no individual course within the bundle has been completed and no CE certificates have been issued.
• Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available.
• If refund eligibility is not met, course credits may be transferred at our discretion by emailing [email protected]
For Individual CE Course Purchases
Live Webinar CE Courses:
• Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled live event to be eligible for a full refund.
• If a registrant misses the live event or is dissatisfied with the session, we are happy to offer a course credit transfer to another course of equal CE value.
Recorded Webinar CE Courses:
• Refunds are eligible only if the course was purchased within the last 30 days and has not been completed (i.e., the Certificate of Completion has not been issued).
• If you no longer wish to take the course or are unsatisfied with it, we’re happy to offer a credit transfer to another course of equal CE value—again, provided that the original course has not been completed.
Memberships
Refunds for memberships are available under the following conditions:
• You must have completed fewer than 3 courses as part of your membership. Refunds will not be issued if 3 or more courses have been completed.
• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the membership purchase.
• For membership subscription renewals, the refund request must be made within 30 days after the membership renewal purchase.
• To disable auto-renewal for future billing cycles, please contact our support team. Our representatives will assist you with processing your request.
• Regarding membership downgrades, members may request a downgrade of their membership within 14 days of their initial purchase. Upon approval, the price difference between membership tiers will be refunded to the original payment method.
This policy is in place to prevent misuse by those who might attempt to take full advantage of our content without genuine commitment.
SMS Communications Related to Purchases
If you have opted in to receive SMS messages from eCare Behavioral Health Institute, you may receive transactional SMS notifications related to your purchases, including confirmations, reminders, or important updates.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

Refund requests are not processed via SMS and must be submitted by email.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Completed courses or certifications
• Issued CE certificates
• Missed live events
• Failure to complete content
• Requests made outside the stated refund windows
