LEARN from a narcissistic abuse & trauma specialist:

Ellen Biros, MS, LCSW, C-PD

Ellen Biros has spent over 20 years in private practice working exclusively with survivors of narcissistic abuse, coercive control, and trauma bonding. She has sat with clients who named every manipulation tactic, mapped every idealization cycle, and still called from the abuser's parking lot. She did not just study this population. She built a clinical framework around exactly why insight alone cannot break a trauma bond — and what actually can.

She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider, an adjunct professor at Tulane University School of Social Work, and the author of "Recovering from Narcissistic Mothers: A Daughter's Workbook." She presents CE seminars nationwide on coercive control and narcissistic abuse. What she brings to May 7th is 20 years of session-tested framework built for the clinical moments your current training was never designed to reach.

Yes. Click the Board Approvals at the bottom of this page to confirm approval for your specific license and state.

I already work with trauma clients. Is this going to tell me anything I do not already know?

Possibly not about trauma in general. Almost certainly yes about narcissistic abuse specifically. Most trauma training never covers the neurobiological mechanism behind trauma bonding, why intermittent reinforcement creates addiction-like attachment, or why standard validation fails with gaslighting survivors. If you have watched a client name the abuse and still return to the relationship, this Masterclass addresses that clinical gap directly.

I primarily work with anxiety and depression. Is this relevant to my practice?

Yes. Narcissistic abuse survivors frequently present with anxiety, depression, and identity disruption without identifying as abuse survivors. Gaslighting teaches clients to doubt their own perception — they arrive saying they are too sensitive or they think they might be the problem. Ellen's assessment framework helps you identify what you are actually treating before you treat it.

I have attended narcissistic abuse trainings before and found them too surface-level. How is this different?

Most narcissistic abuse trainings stop at psychoeducation. Ellen's framework addresses the neurobiological pull that keeps bonded clients returning, the reality-testing protocol for clients who can no longer trust their own perception, and the identity reconstruction work that symptom reduction alone never reaches.

What if I can only attend part of the live training?

The recording covers everything Ellen teaches. Lifetime access is available for purchase at the next step so no section of the framework is lost if your schedule does not allow full attendance.
